post a commentThis in from Ajina at the Clown Conservatory in San Francisco:
Hello. I just read the post about the clown degrees in France, and wanted to mention the new program of the Clown Conservatory in SF.
I'm part of the first year of the new program called EPI/CC. It's a
cooperative effort between the San Francisco Circus Center's Clown
Conservatory and New College of California's Experimental Performance Institute. The program offers BA, MA, and MFA in Theatrical Clowning, and these will be the first degrees in America specifically for clowning.
So I just thought it might be worth mentioning to you, it's a new
program, so word hasn't really gotten out yet.. but the first two BAs in theatrical clowning are about to be granted this summer in August.
