Circorts Schedule and Performer Overview
Circorts Festival Schedule Friday, June 14
Duelo is an emotional journey that travels through a fantastic atmosphere to talk to us about loss and acceptance of life, a contemporary circus show in which a symphony of risk is sung that includes both the audience and the artists.
A proposal of black humor, where some classic circus techniques resurface such as knife throwing, the Washington trapeze or clown language, with a clear contemporary look from its unique dramaturgy, staging and visual arts.

In this edition, among all the schools in the District, the Paideia School for Special Education has been invited to participate in the singing of the Anthem together with the Lavínia School, in order to make it grow with the participation of more children. Thus, the Paideia School will join the cantata, conducted by the Cia. La Tresca i La Verdesca, which is also performed in LSC.

Sample of the students of the aerial workshops of the Space of Adolescents Jovecardí and the Civic Center Tomassa Cuevas.
Cateura invites us to reflect on our impact on the planet and the struggle to build more sustainably and kindly. A work in which, through circus, music, object manipulation and acrobatic movement, the journey of waste is highlighted, from its origin in homes and streets, to its destination in landfills and oceans.
The new show by Vaivén Circo is a tribute to invisible people, those who are not seen, for better or for worse, who simply do not exist. Nobody asks them, someone decides for them. Three people who live in the midst of the chaos that spins until they are dizzy but who, due to life situations, have made it their home. This is their place in the world and, although at times they want to go far away and run away, fate and their own decisions make it the best place in the world.
Circorts Festival Schedule: Saturday, June 15
In any town, a small village or a large city, two tour guides prepare to begin a particular tour to discover the emblematic and interesting spaces of the place. The audience will become a spectator and participant in a tour full of unexpected events, discoveries, emotions and surprises and which, at the same time, will make them reflect collectively on the phenomenon of mass tourism and the impact it generates on the community and the territory.

Today is Dani’s birthday. One more year! Or one less year? Dani feels a void filling him and doesn’t feel like celebrating. On the other hand, Doni feels like Dani feels like celebrating.
Doni’s head is a fireworks display: he’ll bring him a bunch of gifts and they’ll toast with Dom Pérignon and they’ll have a blast and the cake will be the sweetest in the world and Dani’s spirits will swell like the balloons that will hang everywhere and it will be the most amazing party of the century… All of this if Dona Serotonin lets them.
DOES is a show full of the humor that characterizes the career of its members.

Sublunar is a clown and trampoline show that delves into the concept of otherness. The story tells of the arrival of an alien from the moon to Earth in a ship built with the terrestrial debris that has arrived there. He comes with the intention of returning to the earthlings a flag that he believes they left forgotten during their visit to the asteroid. This curious character disappears when he enters an egg that he was carrying on his head, from which a new being is born, the first of its generation on Earth. This being will experience a series of transformations throughout its finite life, exploring its environment and relating to those who inhabit it, to end up accepting its changing and ephemeral nature.

The water that doesn’t fall from the sky.
Under a roof of clouds, in the street a bucket collects the water that does not fall from the sky. The rain has disappeared and now we only have the memory where fiction and magic plunge into a constant drip of theatrical deceptions. Imaginary drops become constant rhythms of surprise, revealing a choreography of imagination and fantasy that leads this creativity to play with the absurd. A cup that appears, a flow of restless coins and spoons that keep bubbling up from pockets.

Mary is 40 years old and carries a life and expectations she did not choose. In an improvised escape to the most indomitable jungle, she will be forced to take off her masks and face her own limits. A world full of enigmatic presences and hidden symbols will accompany her on this inner journey, where the border between the real and the symbolic is diluted.
With the help of a doll that seems to have a life of its own, whips that dominate the air, an army of crabs and the dizzying acrobatics of the Cyr wheel, Mary will revisit her childhood, awaken the goddess she had forgotten and discover a strength that she herself did not know she possessed: her own freedom.
But the path to oneself is never linear. An unexpected turn will shake everything you thought you understood about this adventure. A vibrant and emotional stage proposal about the courage to be reborn at any age.

Àngela analyzes, studies and compares everything that rises. She is obsessed with FLYING and her greatest desire is to reach heaven to be able to embrace her dead. In a body plastic conference format (which mixes circus, text, feathers, water and chalk) Àngela invites us to enter her workshop and become part of this JOURNEY.

Visualizing the human thoughts we give to dogs…
This is what it represents…
through the eyes of a clown.
We have all talked to a dog and waited for its answer, and it has always answered what we expected: a yes! The clown will also say yes to everything! The dog is the most loyal animal. The clown is loyal to his audience. Everything for his audience! .
An interactive show that seeks excitement and laughter…
to end by saying: Wow!

If you put a stone in a trouser pocket, and then put your hand in it again after a while, you will find a stone there. But a pocket with a hole… that’s something else!
A gestural clown show with masked theater for all audiences, poetic, imaginative and with many surreal situations that will make us laugh and move.

The TOROID is the primary model that Nature uses for LIFE, on any scale. The Toroid is the breath of the Universe, and Toroidal Energy has an amazingly INFINITE potential!
In this show (officially premiered at the “Giracirc” festival in 2023), we want to share this concept as a way and orientation of life, using the wonderful language of CIRCUS (our great passion) as a vehicle of expression.
Antipodism, rotating mini-trapeze, unicycle, verticals, balances, juggling, humor, etc. executed with a lot of Love and done from the HEART, in a unique conjunction of MOTHER AND SON on stage, will make all types of audience enjoy themselves!
Third person singular of the imperative of the verb MUTAR: to change the appearance, nature, state of a person, an animal or a thing.
Mutation is a constant. It’s not just insects that mutate. We mutate structures and also us, the people, to keep moving forward, to reach further, higher; the most difficult thing yet!!!
Borderline explores, in a humorous way, the extreme reactions that any human being can have when faced with a borderline situation, such as being about to be hit by a car, having lost someone very important, or when you don’t have enough money to feed your family… has this ever happened to you? We can find people who are not doing well at any time, but we shouldn’t be afraid of them, we should observe them and even feel identified with them if we ever go through a similar situation, because these people are a mirror of our own image.
