Halloween Gig at the Halloween Parade with NY Downtown Clown
It’s not much money, but I bet it will be a lot of fun. The parade goes from mild to wild, and you can take part and be any, all, or anything in between.

BE IN THE FAMOUS NYC HALLOWEEN PARADE!
THE JOB:
We will start walking the parade route about 20mins before the actual parade begins. Our job will be to get the crowd excited and accept donations for the parade. Us clowns will perform little bits, show our parade-ability acts, walk on stilts, unicycle, interact with the crowd, and get the thousands of NYer’s watching super excited. TV opps are a major possibility! We will also collect cash donations for the parade using huge butterfly nets! We will be accompanied by parade volunteers that will do most of the money collecting, but we may need to help as there will be thousands of people lined up watching the parade. This is an awesome opportunity to street perform for thousands of people that are ready for a good time! It is a chance to try out some crazy downtown artsy clown work, big time parade spectacle, or just have some good old fashioned NYC clown fun!
THE DETAILS:
Timing will be 6:00-7:30 on Halloween(Sunday 10/31).
Location: We will meet at 6th Ave and Spring street. The Parade ends at 6th Ave and 16th St.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Dress as a clown. We may need to wear an official parade t-shirt, which will be provided day of. Bring something simple and fun to perform with. Be ready for fun! Thats it! All clowns are welcome, pros, new clowns, clowns for a night, clown fans, anyone looking to celebrate clowning and Halloween is welcome.
PAY:
$25 per clown, up to 20 clowns.
